Exhaust emissions from main exhaust outlets of rubber exhaust treatment equipment are as follows:
1. Feed inlet:
Under the action of mechanical kneading and high temperature, the rubber compound in the mixer produces a certain amount of odorous and dusty exhaust gas which is collected by a smoke collector at the feeding port and filtered by a bag filter and then discharged by a fan.
2. Discharge port
The glue in the mixer is discharged after mechanical kneading, resulting in a large number of odorous and dusty waste gases. The waste gases are collected by the smoke collector at the outlet and filtered by the bag filter and then discharged through the fan.
3, the front lifting section (that is, pressing and cooling):
After the mixing compound is removed from the mixer, hot film is formed by rolling. The hot film is immersed in the separator and then sent to the pre-lifting device. In the pre-lifting device, the odor vapor formed by the evaporation of the isolation liquid on the hot film is collected by the smoke collector on the pre-lifting device and discharged through the fan.
4. The air drying section (i.e. extrusion process):
The skin section is similar to the front lifting section.
The exhaust gas of this project is mainly produced in the above four processes. The pollutant composition of this kind of exhaust gas is complex, and organic pollutants are the main pollutants, the concentration is low, the gas volume is large, and the gas volume and concentration are unstable.
